anyone wishes to leave their children there during the morning service.
Sunday School & Youth Fellowship are closed for the duration of the school Summer holiday period. Classes will meet again on the first Sunday
after school resumes.

First Aid Boxes and Accident Report Books : All users of the Church or Hall are reminded that a First Aid Box and Accident Report Book can be found in both the Kitchen of the Church Hall and the Vestry in the Church. In the Vestry the Box can be found on top of the cupboard below the new boiler system and the Book is in the drawer of the table. A report should be made out in the case of any accident to any user of the church premises. Completed forms should be passed to Bill Marshall.
“Women Across the Highlands” : For those who were unable to attend the conference, they can listen to Amy Orr Ewing’s two talks on the Smithton Church webpage under Women Across the Highlands 2014 Amy Orr Ewing.
Sunday School Outing : Regrettably, due to the inclement weather last Friday, Raasay Outdoor Centre could not provide the planned activities for the youngsters and the outing was therefore cancelled. The event will be re-scheduled for a later date.
Your Church Magazine :
The Magazine Committee has agreed that the September issue of the magazine should follow a theme of reflections and personal experiences of the First and Second World Wars.
This is to complement the events that have taken place to recognise the gallantry and sacrifice of all who suffered during these troubled times.
We are asking for your support and participation in providing items, memories, stories, pictures etc. Reminiscences, however small, would make interesting reading to us all, through the stirring and sharing of past memories and the contemplation of the consequences of war.
If you prefer just to talk to one of us about your particular experiences or memories, we can meet and record the details on your behalf.
Committee members are Patrick & Jenni Jones, Sandor & Susan,
Bill & Fiona Marshall
