- Ordained as a Presbyterian Minister in 1976, Oradea, – Hungarian Reformed Church in Romania
- Married with Zsuzsanna ( Susan ) Kovacs in 1979
- With 3 children: Szende, Szerena and Tamas
- 4 grandchildren: Hanna, Flora and Lisa, living in Budapest with parents Szende and Ferenc and Ava, living in Scotland with Tamas and Claire
- Szerena, married to Zsolt, lives and works in Budapest (Hungary)
- Susan: care-worker in Home Farm Care Home , Portree

Church Hall Bookings
Our hall, situated behind the church in York Drive, is available for hire either
on a regular weekly basis or for one off meetings. It is a good sized room
with a well equipped kitchen and toilets attached and has its own small car
park. We feel blessed to have such a facility and are keen to make it
available to the community. The hire charge is £10 per hour which includes
the use of all our facilities including wi-fi. Unfortunately we are unable to
accommodate children’s birthday parties.
