Our Praise : Normally at our morning services the items of Praise are taken from Church Hymnary Third Edition (CH3) and those at evening services are taken from Mission Praise (MP).
If you feel more comfortable sitting during the items of praise, please feel free to do so.
After Morning Worship Fellowship : After Morning Worship today Tea , Coffee, Juice and biscuits will be served in the Church. Please stay behind for as long or short a time as you can manage and enjoy a time of fellowship with other members of the congregation and with visitors to our church.
Crèche: There is a crèche in the Church Hall behind the Church if anyone wishes to leave their children there during the morning service.
Sunday School and Youth Fellowship meet every Sunday during the school term. They meet initially in the Church before moving to the Church Hall.
The Ladies’ Bible Study Group : The group meets in the Church Hall on Tuesdays from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon. All ladies welcome.
The Prayer Fellowship will meet in the Church Hall at 7.00 pm each Tuesday evening All are welcome to attend.
Pastoral Visits : The Minister asks that he would be kept informed of any member of the congregation who is ill, in hospital or would welcome a visit from him.
Church Magazine – Summer Edition : The Summer edition of the Church Magazine is now ready for distributors. Distributors can collect their folders from the Beadle’s Pew
We thank Trevor for all his work with the magazine as we thank all those who contributed articles for it.
Summer Opening of the Church : The Minister and Kirk Session wish to thank all those members of the congregation who were involved in the opening of the church and extend special thanks to Ishbel Beattie for taking on the responsibility for the opening arrangements.
Details of the number of visitors visiting our church will be given next week
Safeguarding Training for Elders : This meeting for all Elders and Ministers in the parishes on Skye will be held in the Church Hall on Thursday 7 September. The meeting will start at 7.00 pm prompt.
Tea/Coffee will be served from 6.45 pm
Local Church Review : This meeting for all members of the Kirk Session and Congregational Board will be held in the Church Hall on Thursday 14 September. The meeting will start at 7.00 pm prompt.
Harvest Thanksgiving Service : This year the service will be held in the morning of Sunday 1 October. Further details will follow shortly.
