After Morning Worship Fellowship : After Morning Worship today     Tea , Coffee, Juice and biscuits will be served in the Church.  Please stay behind for as long or short a time as you can manage and enjoy a time of fellowship with other members of the congregation and with visitors to our church.

Crèche:    There is a crèche in the Church Hall behind the Church if anyone wishes to leave their children there during the morning service.

Sunday School & Youth Fellowship  Neither of these groups will meet today.  Sunday School will meet next Sunday.  An announcement will be made as to when YF will next meet.

The Ladies’ Bible Study Group meets in the Church Hall on Tuesdays from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon.   All ladies welcome.

The Prayer Fellowship meets in the Manse at 7.00 pm each Tuesday evening.   All are welcome to attend.

Church Accounts for 2013 :  Copies of the Accounts for last year are available in the Front Vestibule.  Along with other reports on the life of Portree Church these will be discussed at the AGM of the church which will be held in the Church Hall at 7.30 pm on Thursday 13 March 2014.

Pastoral Visits :  The Minister asks that he would be kept informed of any member of the congregation who is ill, in hospital or would welcome a visit from him.

New Communicant Members :  Any Adherent who would wish to become a full communicant  member of the church should speak to the Minister at the end of the service or contact him by telephone.   We would dearly love to see more Adherents take up full communicant membership of the church and take Communion at the Easter Service on Sunday 20 April.

Ladies’ Bible Study 10th Anniversary Celebration :  Following Katie Ann MacKinnon’s inspirational talk at this well attended event, donations amounting to a wonderful total of £415 were made.  A cheque for that amount was given to Katie Ann MacKinnon to go towards the education costs for children in Kenya.  It was also a pleasure to have members of other churches in attendance at the event.

Church Magazine :  Preparations for the Easter edition of the Church magazine are underway.    A folder has been placed in the Front Vestibule of the church and anyone who has an item (poem, article, prayer etc.) that they wish to be considered for inclusion in the Easter or other editions of the magazine is asked to place it in the folder.

The closing date for articles is 25 April but earlier receipt would be appreciated.

Women Across the Highlands  –  One Day Conference :  The conference this year will be held in Smithton-Culloden Church, Inverness on Saturday 10 May.   The main speaker will be Amy Orr-Ewing on the theme Born for a Purpose (The life of Deborah and Ruth …and me !)

Further information, details of cost and a Booking Form are available in the Front Vestibule.  It is advised that those interested should book early.

Church & Society Newsletter :  Copies of the latest edition of this newsletter are available in the Front Vestibule.
