After Morning Worship Fellowship : After Morning Worship today     Tea , Coffee, Juice and biscuits will be served in the Church.  Please stay behind for as long or short a time as you can manage and enjoy a time of fellowship with other members of the congregation and with visitors to our church.

Crèche:    There is a crèche in the Church Hall behind the Church if anyone wishes to leave their children there during the morning service.

Sunday School and Youth Fellowship will next meet on Sunday 02 March, after the February school holidays.

The Ladies’ Bible Study Group meets in the Church Hall on Tuesdays from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon.   All ladies welcome.

 

The Prayer Fellowship meets in the Manse at 7.00 pm each Tuesday evening.   All are welcome to attend. 

 

 

Pastoral Visits :  The Minister asks that he would be kept informed of any member of the congregation who is ill, in hospital or would welcome a visit from him.

 

 

New Communicant Members :  Any Adherent who would wish to become a full communicant  member of the church should speak to the Minister at the end of the service or contact him by telephone.   We would dearly love to see more Adherents take up full communicant membership of the church and take Communion.

 

 

Church Magazine :  Preparations for the Easter edition of the Church magazine are underway.    A folder has been placed in the Front Vestibule of the church and anyone who has an item (poem, article, prayer etc.) that they wish to be considered for inclusion in the Easter or other editions of the magazine is asked to place it in the folder.

 

The closing date for articles is 25 April but earlier receipt would be appreciated.

 

Spiritual Journaling  –  A One Day Retreat :  Following the success of the day held last year, the Church of Scotland Mission and Discipleship Council has arranged a follow up day but stress  that people do not need to have attended the previous retreat to benefit from this day.   The Day will be held in Inverness on Saturday 15 March 2014.

 

Full details of cost and registration arrangements are on the poster in the Front Vestibule.

 

 

Church AGM :  Advance notice is given that the AGM of the church will be held in the Church Hall at 7.30 pm on Thursday 13 March 2014.

 

 

Congregational Board / Kirk Session :  A joint meeting of Board members and Elders will take place in the Manse at 7.30 pm  on Thursday  20 February to consider the Church Accounts for 2013.   Kirk Session will meet immediately after this meeting.

 

Elders and members of the Congregational Board should collect their envelope from the Front Vestibule.  For Board members this envelope contains a draft copy of the Annual Accounts.  For Elders it contains the Draft Accounts and Minutes and Agenda for the Kirk Session meeting.

 

 

Gaelic Service :  A Gaelic service will be held in the Church at 12.15pm on Sunday 23 February.  Please note the earlier start time which is by request of those who attend the Gaelic service.
