A folder has been placed in the Front Vestibule of the church and

anyone who has an item (poem, article, prayer etc.) that they wish to be considered for inclusion in the Christmas or other editions of the magazine is asked to place it in the folder.   Items may also be sent directly to the editors, Jenni & Patrick Jones, at jennipatrick@btinternet.com

The deadline for receipt of articles is Sunday 24 November.

Church Magazine :  Anyone who would prefer to receive their copy of the Church Magazine electronically rather than having it delivered should enter their details on the sheet to be found in the Front Vestibule.

Ladies’ Bible Study Christmas Lunch :  The Ladies’ Bible Study group is once more planning a Christmas Lunch to which all ladies of the congregation are invited.  The lunch will be held in Marmalade at Portree House at 12.30pm on Saturday 30 November.  The cost will be £15.50 per person.  All ladies interested should collect an information sheet from the Front Vestibule and return the tear-off section by Sunday 24 November at the latest.

Door Duty / Readers :   Door Duty volunteers are sought to give a welcome greeting to people as they come into the church and to take up the offerings.   Readers would read the lessons during services.   If you would be willing to help with either or both of these duties please see Donna McEwan or Bill Marshall.

Church / Church Hall Cleaning Rotas 2014 : Volunteers are sought to

fill the few vacant slots in the above rotas.    This would only involve a

on Sunday 24 November.   This collection will go towards the costs of major projects in our church buildings.
