Blythswood Shoebox Appeal :
It’s wonderful to see the collection of filled shoeboxes for the Blythswood Christmas appeal growing at the front of the church. Thank you to all who have contributed so far, and we know some of us are still working on gathering items to fill a box. You may find some essential items which have been kindly donated on the pew on the way out of church so do take anything that will help to complete your box.
The date for final collection from Skye is Saturday 8 November so any further boxes can still be dropped off at the Blythswood shop at the pier, before that date.

Sandor’s Annual Leave :
Sandor will be on leave during the month of October. He will not be travelling abroad and will attend to any funeral services during this period. Sandor will return to the pulpit next Sunday.
All Sunday Services of worship and the Tuesday Evening Bible Study & Prayer Fellowship Services will be led by Elders.
Morning worship today will be led by Colin Reeve and Bill Marshall will lead the Evening Service.

After Morning Worship Fellowship :
After our Morning Worship today, Tea , Coffee, and Juice will be served in the Church. Please stay behind for as long or short a time as you can manage and enjoy a time of fellowship with other members of the congregation and with visitors to our church.
Sunday Evening Services :
Evening services are held in the church each Sunday and commence at 6.00 pm.
Sunday School :
Sunday School is closed for the October holiday break and resumes next Sunday, 02 November.
The group meets every Sunday during the school term. They meet initially in the Church before moving to the Church Hall.
If required, a crèche facility is available
Ladies’ Bible Study Group :
The Ladies’ Bible Study Group meets in the Hall at 10.30 am each Tuesday. The group will be delighted to welcome any new ladies who would want to join them in fellowship and friendship.
Bible Study & Prayer Fellowship Services :
These services are held in the Church at 7.00 pm each Tuesday evening.
All are invited to attend.
Meetings of the Congregational Board and Kirk Session :
A meeting of the Congregational Board will be held in the Church at 7.00 pm on Thursday 06 November.
A meeting of Kirk Session will be held at the end of this meeting.
Blythswood Shoebox Appeal :
It’s wonderful to see the collection of filled shoeboxes for the Blythswood Christmas appeal growing at the front of the church. Thank you to all who have contributed so far, and we know some of us are still working on gathering items to fill a box. You may find some essential items which have been kindly donated on the pew on the way out of church so do take anything that will help to complete your box.
The date for final collection from Skye is Saturday 8 November so boxes can be brought to the church on any of the next 2 Sundays (26 October and 2 November). Any boxes after that can still be dropped off at the Blythswood shop at the pier, before Saturday 8 November.
We counted 47 filled boxes last Sunday. Can we make it to 60 ??”
