INTIMATIONS :
After Morning Worship Fellowship :
After our Morning Worship today, Tea , Coffee, and Juice, will be served in the Church. Please stay behind for as long or short a time as you can manage and enjoy a time of fellowship with other members of the congregation and with visitors to our church.
Sunday Evening Services :
Evening services are held in the church each Sunday and commence at 6.00 pm.
Sunday School :
The group meets every Sunday during the school term. They meet initially in the Church before moving to the Church Hall.
If required, a crèche facility is available.
Ladies’ Bible Study Group :
The Ladies’ Bible Study Group meets in the Hall at 10.30 am each Tuesday. The group will be delighted to welcome any new ladies who would want to join them in fellowship and friendship.
Bible Study & Prayer Fellowship Services :
These services are held in the Church at 7.00 pm each Tuesday evening.
All are invited to attend.
Pastoral Visits :
The Minister asks that he be kept informed of any member of the congregation who is ill, in hospital or would welcome a visit from him.
New Communicant Members :
Any Adherent who would wish to become a full communicant member of the church should speak to the Minister at the end of the service or contact him by telephone. We would dearly love to see more Adherents take up full communicant membership of the church.
Date for the Diary :
The Annual General Meeting of the church will be held in the Church Hall at 7.00 pm on Tuesday 09 June 2026 and we would encourage you to attend to support your Office Bearers and to hear reports on the various activities which have taken place during 2025.
Tea & Coffee, and the opportunity for further fellowship, will be provided at the end of the meeting.
Copies of the Annual Accounts for the church for 2025 are available in Vestibule.
Summer Opening of the Church to Visitors :
Last year, following a break due to Covid, we reintroduced the Summer Opening of the Church to Visitors.
This scheme was greatly appreciated by visitors to Portree and to several locals.
We would hope to continue this programme this summer
If you are willing to help with this area, please give your name to Donna McEwan.
Retiral Offering for May :
A Retiral Offering will be taken at the end of both services today.
This collection will go towards the costs of major projects in our church buildings.
