Harvest Thanksgiving – Charitable Giving :
Kirk Session agreed that the September retiring collection and any white envelopes received during September or on Sunday 06 October can be directed to a local charity. This year, the charity selected to be the recipient of any donations is The Foodbank
Demand for food parcels from the Foodbank has increased recently while food donations have shown a decrease,
If you wish your white envelope to go to this charity please print CHARITY on the front. If you wish the donation to go to the church please print CHURCH.
The donations will be collected at both morning and evening worship services on today and next Sunday, 06 October.
Cash donations will, as usual, be collected at the door at the end of each service on these two Sundays.
