Blythswood Shoebox Appeal :
It’s wonderful to see the collection of filled shoeboxes for the Blythswood Christmas appeal growing at the front of the church. Thank you to all who have contributed so far, and we know some of us are still working on gathering items to fill a box. You may find some essential items which have been kindly donated on the pew on the way out of church so do take anything that will help to complete your box.
The date for final collection from Skye is Saturday 8 November so any further boxes can still be dropped off at the Blythswood shop at the pier, before that date.
FreeWill Offering Envelopes :
Envelopes for 2026 will be issued during November.
Anyone wishing to join the FWO scheme and receive a set of weekly envelopes for their offerings should contact Bill
Church Magazine – Christmas Edition :
It’s just over 7 weeks to Christmas ! What is Christmas without your Portree Church magazine !
Please, please, please let us have YOUR contributions for this edition. They can be as long or as short as you like and on any topic.
As usual, contributions can be place in the red folder on the wall of the Front Vestibule or sent to me at wwm74marl@hotmail.com
Publication date will be Sunday 14 December so it would be wonderful if your contributions were received before Sunday 30 November.
