Covid :
While Covid is still present in the community, the majority of our congregation are now fully vaccinated against the virus.
The wearing of these face coverings will now be a matter of personal choice.
After Morning Worship Fellowship :
After our Morning Worship today, Tea , Coffee, Juice, and biscuits will be served in the Church. Please stay behind for as long or short a time as you can manage and enjoy a time of fellowship with other members of the congregation and with visitors to our church.
Sunday Evening Services :
Evening services are held in the church each Sunday and commence at 6.00 pm.
Sunday School :
The group meets every Sunday during the school term. They meet initially in the Church before moving to the Church Hall.
If required, a crèche facility is available.
We would welcome new members to the group.
Ladies’ Bible Study Group :
The Ladies’ Bible Study Group meets in the Hall at 10.30 am each Tuesday. The group will be delighted to welcome any new ladies who would want to join them in fellowship and friendship.
Bible Study & Prayer Fellowship Services :
These services are held in the Church at 7.00 pm each Tuesday evening.
All are invited to attend.
Pastoral Visits :
The Minister asks that he be kept informed of any member of the congregation who is ill, in hospital or would welcome a visit from him.
New Communicant Members :
Any Adherent who would wish to become a full communicant member of the church should speak to the Minister at the end of the service or contact him by telephone. We would dearly love to see more Adherents take up full communicant membership of the church.
Church Magazine – Christmas Edition :
It’s just over 5 weeks to Christmas ! What is Christmas without your Portree Church magazine !
Please, please, please let us have YOUR contributions for this edition. They can be as long or as short as you like and on any topic.
As usual, contributions can be place in the red folder on the wall of the Front Vestibule or sent to me at wwm74marl@hotmail.com
Publication date will be Sunday 15 December so it would be wonderful if your contributions were received before Sunday 01 December.
Retiral Offering for November :
A Retiral Offering will be taken at the end of both services next Sunday, 24 November.
This collection will go towards the costs of major projects in our church buildings.

Anyone wishing to take out a subscription to the Church of Scotland’s magazine should contact Morna MacLaren. The cost, including postage, is £3.50 per monthly copy or £42.00 for the full year.
