INTIMATIONS
Covid :
While Covid is still present in the community, the majority of our congregation are now fully vaccinated against the virus.
At the last joint meeting of the Kirk Session and Congregational Board it was felt that we could now relax our previous strong recommendation that face coverings should be worn in the church.
The wearing of these face coverings will now be a matter of personal choice.
The cleaning and disinfecting regime in the church will continue, but at a reduced frequency. It will still be sanitised before each Sunday worship.
Sunday Evening Service :
There will be no evening service today or on Sunday 01 January 2023.
Ladies’ Bible Study Group :
Group meetings are closed for the Christmas / New Year period. Meetings will resume in the Church Hall at 10.30 am on Tuesday 10 January 2023.
The group will be delighted to welcome any ladies who would want to join them in fellowship and friendship.
Bible Study & Prayer Fellowship Services :
These services are now closed.
Those who attend these services agreed that rather than having a two-month Summer break, there will be a Winter break with services resuming on Tuesday 8 March 2023
FreeWill Offering Envelopes for 2023 :
Anyone wishing to join the scheme and receive envelopes for their weekly offerings should see Bill.
Sunday School :
Sunday School is now closed for the Christmas / New Year holiday period.
Classes will resume on Sunday 15 January 2023.
Pastoral Visits : The Minister asks that he be kept informed of any member of the congregation who is ill, in hospital or would welcome a visit from him.
Church Magazine – Christmas Edition :
Copies of the Christmas edition of the magazine are now available in the Front Vestibule. Please collect a copy as you leave the church.
